The residence is located in the Village of Mottaret, above Lake of Tueda and near the famous Pins Cembros forestry reserve.

It is part of the most elevated resort of the station and shows a spectacular view over the valley and the mountains, standing at 1700 m above sea level.

It is made up of 90 apartments, from 1 Bedroom to 2/3 Bedroom, generously proportioned. At the heart of one of the world’s largest ski domain, «Les 3 vallées», Méribelstation gathers 150 km of slopes by itself.

The residence is composed of stone and wooden chalets in harmony with the Alpine tradition and boasts direct ski-access to the two other near-by stations.
